「觀」就是觀看，「想」就是想像，用心用感覺去觀看想像。觀想藝術成立十年，一直以「收藏家的朋友，投資者的顧問」自居。設有：文物藝術、現代藝術、藝術規劃與藝術行銷四個部門。董事長徐政夫曾任大學副教授、「寒舍」總經理、「中華民國畫廊協會」理事長，創辦著名的「清翫雅集」收藏家聯誼會，與「聚英雅集」古董商聯誼會。公司經營中國古文物與西藏藝術之展覽和買賣，代理華人當代藝術家，以及公共藝術與慈濟花蓮靜思堂藝術工程設計監造，舉辦「慈悲智慧」、「潘玉良」等大型展覽。

In Chinese, “Guan” means to see, “Hsiang” means to imagine, “Guan Hsiang” is to see and to imagine with mind. Jeff Hsu’s Art was founded ten years ago, with the management concept to be “collectors’ friend as well as investors’ consultant”. Now there are four departments for Art & Antiques, Contemporary Arts, Art Development and Art Marketing. Our Director, Mr. Jeff Hsu, was a vice professor, General Manager of “My Humble House”, Director of Art Galleries Association R.O.C., and founder of “Ching Wan Society” and “Taiwan Antique Dealers’ Association”, the most famous membership clubs for art collectors and antiquarians in R.O.C. We are professional agency for Chinese and Tibet arts & antiques, contemporary Chinese artists, and public art planning and construction, we hold exhibitions, such as “Mercy Wisdom” and “Pan Yu Liang”, etc.
